Looking for a vintage 15x12 Ludwig snare Last viewed: 20 seconds ago

Hi

I'm looking for a vintage Ludwig 15x12 marching snare. Don't have to be in the best cosmetic condition but one that works fine and with no problems with the edges\shell. Could be also another brand but the Ludwigs with the center lugs and the long rods are preferred.

They are on eBay all the time and usually go for cheap, since not many people collect them. You should have no problem finding one -- just give it a week or two of searching and I bet you can come up with a nice one for under $50.

Thanks. for some reason most of them on ebay are 150$ and above. even 500$!

But I'll wait and see if something comes up.

Thanks Rocketman! but converting it in to a snare would cost too much (beds strainer etc..)
