I started a thread in the restoration forum as well for my project, but could use some help on these:

What have I got here? Serial numbers on rack tom and bass say build date of Jan. 14th 1969.

Floor tom is a later model, blue/olive tag:

serial No. 1369556

Any help would be awesome, Im going to fix these up, add to them and make them my new kit.

Thanks!

Shawn, what are the sizes also what is it your exactly wanting to know, also on the rail mount you have the cymbal arm on your tom and a tom mount in the cymbal holder the one to the left on the bass drum. beautiful drums, from the time line obviously the blue olive badge drum was added later. also I've added a pic of the rail mount as so you can see what yours is suppose to have on it. Oh I just saw the before and after pics job well done, you've saved an awesome little kit.

Thank you, they cleaned up SO nicely and sounded great even with decaying heads on them.

I swapped the hardware around for pics. Im going to mount the rack tom on an Iso mount eventually.

Toms are 13" and 16", Bass is a 20"

I'd love to know what model they are and what year the floor tom was made, the serial Number on that one throws me for a loop.

shawn, what is the serial number of the floor tom, if your correct then it was added later, also the two keystone badged drums don't really have a set configuration to them, but yes they had names for kits actually from day one. in the early 1900's

some metal drums that could of come with the kit would be an Lm 400 supraphonic, and an acrolite look for either of those also the acro are reasonable and fantastic sounding. the lm 400 is one of the all time great snare drums. look up at the picture gallery the third pic is an acrolite
