It appears that this hihat stand is all original and correct. Can someone confirm, or explain what may not be right (other than the spots of what appears to be JB Weld or some similar product)? What period is it from? Also, what price should one expect to pay for this piece considering it's in good working condition, but has the 2 spots that have been repaired?

Any information is very much appreciated!
