Late 50s/60s Turkish Zildjian K 14 Inch Hi Hat Cymbal/20 In A Sizzle Last viewed: 6 hours ago

Loading...

I got this hi hat cymbal mixed in with some other cymbals on a Fibes acrylic kit I just bought and first wanted to see if anyone here could use it before eBay gets it. Ill get a weight on it, but I'd say med/thin as a general weight for now.

I picture this working great as a jazz bottom hat, or a top for really any kind of music. There is a small shoulder crack starting below the bell, but it doesn't seem to affect the sound. I'm thinking as a bottom hat for jazz, it would have a very long life ahead of it. If you bash the cr@p out of it in a rock band as a top hat, obviously it'd die sooner. Ill post some pics in a bit. No keyhole. Make offers please as I'm not sure what kind of price to ask. It's dry and awesome sounding.

I also got a nice THIN 20 inch A Crash/Ride with factory rivet holes. Keyhole, but no cracks and sounds spectacular! Drop a PM w/ questions.

Thanks!

Just for everyone's information, the weights on these cymbals are as follows:

K 14 Inch Hat: 907g

A 20 Inch Crash/Ride: 2177

Thanks for your interest! Both cymbals are currently on ebay.
