Is this gretsch worth this much ?

Found this and it looked interesting. Don't know too much about Gretsch, so maybe you Gretsch guys can give me some insight. Stop Sign badge era, COW, late 70's early 80's possibly, and that's about all i know.

I have this exact kit, I love mine, it's cataloged as the Broadkaster II kit. Buy them for the right price you'll love them.

So not over priced at all , even with those scruffs ? Are the hoops original as well ?

The hoops are original but yes it's over priced due to the scratches and missing the monster tom mount. I wouldn't pay over $600.00 for them.

Looks good except for the badly damaged one, but vintagemore2000 is more in the ballpark in my view. Good club kit as a three piece with ride on a snare stand.

Keep in mind that $1000 Canadian translates to $751 USD. Further, from what I've experienced and read, things often tend to be a bit pricier in Canada.
