I'm not as knowledgeable on old hi-hat stands as I should be but the chrome appears to be in good shape and seller has it listed as "great condition" and "WFL". Can have it shipped to my door for $95. Thoughts anyone?

Ringo did use that one early on, but the one he's more associated with (and that sells for a lot more money), is the 1123, which has the single crossbar under the pedal, rather than the wide metal plate.
