Cracked lugs will be costly to replace. I am working on a similar set and finding the lugs in the first place is tough. Otherwise the pricing would be good, depending on how many need replacing.

BD center mount need replacing. Looks like maybe an added double tom mount? Would need to see the interior to know for sure. Otherwise, the broken mount could be replaced with a single mount of same hole pattern.

From the info supplied by the seller, and from the small non-detailed pictures, I can see a minimum of $300 to get this set in adequate player's condition. It would probably require about $500-$700 to get it to good player's condition. This set could never be in better than good player's shape. However, it is probably a very nice drum set with great "bones" that is worth no more than $500 to me in its present condition.

No matter how far you push the envelope, it is still stationery.
