Me too. I've never owned Rogers drums but from all the evidence it seems they really were the best [craftsmanship, ease of tuning etc]. And mounting the snare off the bass drum is pure genius. I think it was Poppy who called the bass drum a pack rat for all kinds of things to be mounted on it and I agree with the sentiment...

I have the two-way swivo clamp and hex rod but not the cowbell clamp and i`m still looking for my Rogers cowbell...Darn, i know i`ve got it somewhere here, now if i could only find it.I `m loving this swivo mount conversation too.

The short arm hex rod was main made for steady mounting of bells and item that were going to need stabilization. Here you have it as part of the bell mount on the Rogers timbales.

Cuco,that is exactly what i have on my Rogers timbale stand, only i have the barrel style two way clamp.Now if i could only find a swivo cowbell clamp-more difficult to find than one would think.Nice very rare Rogers timbale stand you have there too.
