From JRichard

Download the songs, play them over and over, listen for the changes, breaks and turn-arounds until you're sick of them. Yes, play along with them but don't worry about fill ins, get the groove and work your own feel into them.Just don't go into a panic, keep it simple and comfortable and above all have fun with it. If you're not enjoying it, you won't make it work.

Best advice, imo.

The only one that will give you any grief is Dreams By MH it is a bit different than the original by the Allman Brothers band But Get them all on CD and start playing you will be amazed how fast you pick them up and you do not have to know them perfect as these other guys are checking you out to see where you are at have fun and just play..watch the first change in Day of the Eagle once past that it is a rockin tune and some fun for the guitar player... Listen to the bass player in a 3 piece you and him are the IT factor.. go get em..

If the total number is too great, focus on few songs at a higher playing quality so they can get a better idea of what you really play like and just let them know you need more time to learn the other songs (and knock more rust off).

personally i like 2 rolling stoned it is a great song simple blues progression this one is easy the hihat timing is the only cue u need to worry about on that song if you know these songs it easy to play them if the guitar and base are on the mark 3 piece is what i played most of my life it works better with 3, if u bottom up with the base player it should meld ok go and have fun life's to short to worry about jammin they probably don't have it all together anyways they most likely need a drummer to tighten up

Archie Bell and the Trells tightin up now do the tighten up

April 2nd 1969 scarfed pink champagne holly wood and 65/66 downbeat snare, and , supra same year very minty kit old pies
66/67 downbeat with canister
Super 400 small round knob
1967 super classic obp

once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.
