If all of the above fail..

Express an interest in Military collectibles as investments, buy a couple of magazines on the subject and leave them laying around. Wait a week or so, then discuss with your wife an opportunity that you are considering.. "to swap not two, but three, of your snares for a WW2 Sherman tank". This will sit nicely on the front lawn.

may do the trick..

Cheers

ThisBright14....if you are still interested in my Rogers Powertone, pictured below. I have not clean this one up as yet, so if you want it please PM me what price range you're at. I can send whatever pictures you need of inside and out. It is a pretty good example of a PT, nice and straight with clean hardware. The shell is pretty nice, though I think the chrome has a deeper shine on my similar year Dyna. If I don't hear from you, I will be putting it up on Ebay along with some other assorted leftover Slingy parts.

I'm not sure, but I think I may also be putting up my late '60's black & brass badge Sound King...in great condition...also pictured below.

Thanks!
