I saw this drum earlier and thought WT*! Still, everyone was able to see that the original holes were intact and able to move the strainer and butt to their respective positions. Sure, there would be some extra holes, but a cool drum anyway! What's odd is that this drum sold, so not sure why it's up for sale again.

There is something wrong with the way eBay shows "sold" listings. I have had items that have ended with no bidding or offers and they came up as sold in advanced search. I always take it with a grain of salt when it comes to the sold section on eBay.
This drum sold for $79 on July 1, but is being re-listed due to a non-paying bidder.

I`d of called this"how to properly torture a snare drum".Poor snare has been in the wrong hands for too long.

I think that snare head could be repaired with some duct tape..
Cheers
I'm tempted to buy it just to restore it to its former glory.
Poor snare...
