Posting a link to YouTube used to embed the video on the post....as I see others are able to still do.
So, I don't know what has changed about that....maybe some setting I have changed on-site or in my computer....I dunno still.

I know what you mean.
Everytime I play a posted video on this site, the you-tube screen is grey and I cannot see what is on it, but I can hear it????
I figured the same as you, I screwed something up and need a nine year old to get it squared away! LOL

Try updating your video codecs! Maybe you just need an update for some software. I had to do that on my Mac recently because all of a sudden, I was unable to play videos on FB. Turns out I had an outdated Quicktime codec. I updated the video codecs and now everything works fine. Try it. They're Freebees and only take a second to install.
