20-12-14. MIJ stencil. Looks to be Star lugs and earlier rail mont. The spurs are the low end. it is a copy of the Club Date/Tower style from Lugwig and Slingerland. It would be nice to see those surface today as there aren't any of those single lug design MIJ sets around anymore. The badges could be Star, Apollo, Ideal....Just the shape of those badges makes those jump up. Many many stencils...Or maybe a copy of a Kent--what is the name of their low end, someone just had one up on ebay. Nice anyway you look at it.
