I have a 20" Istanbul Flat Ride with neither Agop or Mehmet specified on the logo but with their signatures on the bottom near the hole. Here is the link.
Are these considered collectors items? Any ideas on range of fair value?

i don't know a whole lot, but my initial reaction is that it would be worth in the 150-200 range as a used cymbal. since your post the auction has ended, and it went for 153.00 .
looks like a nice cymbal.

It's a decent cymbal. I got an 18" Bospherous flat ride that killed it so I no longer needed it. The Bospherous is lighter and it has more shimmer and deepr overtones. There was no comparison and who needs more than one flat ride. The purpous was to go with a small jazz kit I have 10, 13 and 16" kick and 13" birch snare. The Bosphorous suits my need. I hoped to get more than 153, I bought it for more than that but that's the way it is with auctions. I've been using a Zildjian 21" Sweet Ride with my bigger kit, that I am in love with. It kind of reminds me of the ride Mitch Mitchell used on a lot of Hendrix recordings, a nice bright wash with good cut on the bell without sounding harsh and clanky. I've been playing for 30 years and that is the ride I've always wanted (I just never heard it until I found this one). Got it used at a local music store for $159. Most likely the last ride I'll ever buy unless it comes to an un-natural demise. What do you use?

I've sold a fair amount of cymbals on ebay, and I've bought waaayyy too many. It's always surprising how much they depreciate! A new Bos that you'd pay 275 for would go for half price. I bought a Bos Traditional 21 ride -- new -- for 165. There are some great bargains...for the buyer. But as the price of new cymbals rises (!), maybe it'll raise the resale values, too.
I had a Bos flat ride that was terrific, too. But when I bought a Bos Masters series ride, I no longer needed it. The Masters is that smooth!
I can't comment on how much a cymbal is worth but I can comment on Bosphorus Master Cymbals. They are really the best sounding cymbals I have ever Played,heard and owned. All of my other cymbals will be for sale soon and that includes Vintage Istanbul Zildijans and newer Zildijans. The Bosphorus cymbals are that good. I have 14 inch Masters Hi Hats , a 19 inch Masters ride , a 22 inch Masters ride and a 19 inch Masters crash. The sound is warm and has a nice shimmer they are GREAT for Jazz. If you have never played them I think you are in for a real treat.
