How to sell 1929 Black Beauty?

Loading...

I've got this drum, and I plan on putting it up for sale. I'm thinking about using Steve Maxwell to sell it on consignment for me. Does anyone think his fees would be cheaper than those from ebay? The drum is in outstanding condition, and I think it might be more likely to sell at Maxwell's. I paid $3200 for the drum, and would like to get somewhere near that.

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Thanks. I've never gigged with it, but have recorded lots with it. It's a great-sounding drum. I hate to let it go, but my dog needs surgery, and he comes before drums.

I don't know if he collects these specifically. If he does, maybe he'll see this and get in touch with me.

Thanks for the reply.

+1 CareCredit! Saved my dogs' life. She needed a $3500 operation and we just didn't have that kind of money. CareCredit allowed us to pay it off over time and the monthly's were reasonable, didn't break the bank. Ask your vet about CareCredit they will have the forms and get you processed quickly.

Try it... keep your drum.

John

Too many great drums to list here!
