CLICK on EDIT POST... then CLICK Go Advanced.. at the very bottom of the page you will see Additional Options/Thread Management. CHECK the box that says Close this thread after you submit your message... Then CLICK Save Changes. That should do it!

Or do about the same, but put SOLD in the title. That way, someone looking for your thread will know you have finished the sale/purchase. They could maybe send you a question later about the sale.
