My apologies! I wrongly assumed that someone had gotten in touch with you privately to mention the "ignore" tool on the user CP. Jeff is correct... that is the only device a member can use to "block" another member, so to speak. That said, I also sent you an email/PM to flesh out your other options regarding this issue. BEST!

I feel your frustration Blair, dont know what to do about it though. Try making three trips to a home, measuring, disusing design. Then spending 8 to 12 hours on the computer designing a kitchen, another hour pricing it, then make another trip to present the cost of the job in person only to hear them say thanks for you time. Then you never hear from them again!
