What surprises me is that it's still up. Usually, the EVLH, inc. lawyers get ANYTHING with the EVH Frankenstein stripes OFF of ebay within minutes of listing.

Yeah- it's kinda lame to me. Alex really didn't do the stripe thing, and his drums were always conservatively finished compared to his brother's guitars.
