Looking for some input as to how I should price this vintage Sonor five piece set. Includes three(3) Zildjians also from the 1960's!
Help in determining a sales price Last viewed: 3 days ago
Your best bet is to search completed auctions on Ebay. That will give you a pretty accurate idea of the current resale market value of the drums, based on condition, vintage, wrap and model of Sonor.
Those prices differ based on location of the buyer.A drum will sell for a lot less to a buyer in the Pasific northwest, than to a buyer in NYC
I would also sell the cymbals seperately.you'll make a bit more money that way,and make selling price of the drums more attractive.
Good luck.

Take the very first offer you received, via PM today, and triple it!!! LOL
Just joking. ( I do not know if he got any offers or not....)
The EBAY thing, that everyone complains about paying for, is the best source of finding relevant prices for anything and everything. And looking for sold items happens to be free......................
John,
What`s going on with the top tom ? I`ve never seen Muffler, Badge, Vent on teardrops or any other Sonor !i Is it original to the kit, Ive seen muffler, mount, vent ?

OK, I checked with a teardrop collector, That`s perfectly normal. He recommended between 600 and 750 euro`s, whatever that translates to because you normally don`t see the matching snare.
