Help identifying this 24" bass drum with leedy hardware?

Hello.

I'm trying to see if there is a way to figure out what brand this bass drum is. The seller states the hardware is vintage leedy and that the holes are filled in on one side. No word on the shell though.

The seller is asking $95 for it.

Looks like a Leedy & Ludwig stripped of wrap and front hardware.

Keep fixing them up...
