Glad to be a new member. I'm 56 now and enjoy playing my drums more now than I did when I was younger. I play mostly now for my own enjoyment but sometimes play small venues,nothing like being on stage again in front of a live crowd. I currently play a set of vintage late 80's Tama's in a deep wine finish w/chrome snare. Cymbals are Sabian AAX studio series,works good for small venues,quick response and crash but do not ring on and on. I also do some DJ work for clubs and sometimes take my drums and play along with the music. This is a different twist,something I use to do in college at the pubs. I never drown out the music just enhance it. My favorite music is Soul,Motown and Carolina beach music. Well,enough of my introduction rambling. If you get a drummer talking it's hard to stop.
