I ask cuz there`s a topic in the vintage drum forum titled ..are these really luddies....and it looks MIJ with luddy hardware. 26" bass two toms and a floor.

I would be inclined to say there would not have been a 26" as 24" was certainly rare enough. It could have a one in a million Star or early Pearl marcher converted.
