Hamilton Superior snare stand

It appears that this snare stand is all original and correct. Can someone confirm, or explain what may not be right? What period is it from? Also, what price should one expect to pay for this piece?

Pic 3 shows the mechanism that is manipulated to raise and lower the top tier (pull up to raise or lower the top and push back down to lock it in place). Pic 4 shows the mechanism that locks the legs down. Pic 5 shows the bottom of the snare basket, which is stamped "THE HAMILTON SUPERIOR."

Any information is very much appreciated!

I think its a M.I.J. stand made in the 60's but is also a very low end stand.The bottom part of the stand looks to be a music holder piece of a stand...Maybe its a piece together stand from parts..I will not pay more than 10.00 for the stand...Mikey
