The toms actually look like Kent from the lugs. But what is up with the floor tom? That drum should be free for having a hole in it and using rope as a fix. Man oh man, that is a project. And not a good one for $200.

Yeah, it's a lot of work. But it's mismatched anyway, so it's a parts lot basically. And I think it would be worth it with no shipping costs.
