I would sell those three drums as is for $400, because of the scratches, pitting on the chrome and missing parts, plus finding a kick to match might be near impossible.

I have had drums that look like these clean up almost as new with just a few hours elbow grease...

He asked for opinions, I said, that's what I would sell them for, you figure after cleaning and finding missing parts it would cost the buyer another $100. Then, unless you have a matching kick, you'd spend another $600, if you can even find one.
