How much do you guys think would be a fair price for this drum.
The guy wants to sell it.
He also has the matching 5.5" which he is keeping.....boo.
He quoted me £750 which I thought was a bit high.
The drum sounds incredible. All original he tells me.
That nice old school mid range tone, but with so much bottom end to it even when cranked up.

Evan, these are my all time favorite gretsch drums, the rocket lug models are king in my book, that said they are not the most desiareable the late 50's to 60's models bring the big bucks, But back to your drum, the gretsch guys that know gretsch drums know these are the ones to have, If I owned this drum you would be parting with $450.00 no less, so look at the $300 to $500 price range, good luck!
