Oh Gosh...if my wife actually knew how many drums and shells I have hidden around the house, I'd be living in a closet at Mike T.s fishin' shack in Idaho.... but then I could eat all the steelhead I want...and bear, elk, mule deer, never have to buy meat again! Hey, this is startin' to sound like a pretty darn good idea the more I think about.

I find myself with 5 drum sets, 4 Supras, an odd collection of other snares, several vintage cymbals and more stands than I can count - plus some off-brand roto toms. This all bought with the intention of selling off the extras to justify owning so many drums. Problem is that I have only sold only a few of the extras.

Buying drums is addicting, especially when sellers describe vintage Gretsch drums as Ludwig and mention in ads that 'there's a hole on the side - I think you plug something like an amp in there'.

those days are going by the wayside thanks to all the info we give out here there soon will be no more misguided sellers of antiquated drums and brass

April 2nd 1969 scarfed pink champagne holly wood and 65/66 downbeat snare, and , supra same year very minty kit old pies
66/67 downbeat with canister
Super 400 small round knob
1967 super classic obp

once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.
