This is a beautiful example of Ludwig original pearl set. This is an early 1930's set. In addition to the set seen in the add page below (from 1935-7) I have a highhat and two Humes music stands.

This is totally vintage. I even have the two original cases for this set. The badge grommet example is shown below. This PRE DATES the use of the serial number.

This was my Grandfather's set. I acquired it several years ago when he passed away. I would love to keep it but finances say otherwise. This has sat in the storage room in my house for years and is VERY well kept.
