This is a nice Ludwig 60's keystone badge 5x14 10 lug Supraphonic. Serial number is 552870. Most likely a late '67 or early '68 drum. The shell is in very nice condition. This one escaped the Ludwig freckles that many of the Ludaloy Supra's have. There are very few little specks here and there but nothing substantial. There is one small ding on one panel that I cannot get to photograph. There is a ding on the snare side hoop. Drum may have been wiped down at some point as it has some very fine scratching in the shell, but still looks great overall. You can see it in the pic of the badge. P83 strainer is good and tight. Has correct Ludwig script logo snare butt. Batter head is a Remo Ambassador X and snare side head is a Remo hazy Diplomat. Wires are generic 20 strand. I have installed new tension rods washers and new Ludwig snare cords. Drum has original COS hoops and white felt baseball bat muffler that works great. Tunes effortlessly and sounds great. Just a good solid Supra all around. Drum has completed detailed and ready to go.
