this is the nicest acrolite that i have run across.I wish they were all like this. here is a Ludwig 5x14 blue olive pointy badge acrolite. serial number is 2205371, no date stamp inside. this was found in all original condition including heads. the snare side head had a slight tear.so, i installed brand new Ludwig heads top and bottom. has the original 12 strand 2517124 wires with the original cords in perfect condition. has a 2 hole p85, round knob muffler and block logo snare butt. the anodized finish on the shell and all of the hardware is like new. i see one mark on the finish below the snare butt that is not even deep enough to call a scratch. there is one spot on the top of the batter hoop that is not perfect. the drum looks and sounds amazing. if you've been looking for a super nice Ludwig metal drum, then this is the one for you. it has been completely detailed,tuned and is ready to go! if you have any questions, please pm me here or email to [email]mikelayton@bellsouth.net[/email] .
