have had this a while now. just making some room. this is a complete mid 60's sonor 14" 8 lug sonor snare drum. you can play it as is or use it for parts. in one area, the top of the shell is warped. the re-ring is all there and appears to be in round. head spins easily on the shell. it sounds fine. it came this way to me. with the batter head on, it cannot be seen.

-gold sparkle shell with fading and crazing/cracking on one side of wrap

-original sonor lugs and hardware

-original sonor slotted tension rods

-working strainer-missing outer cover like most are

-complete original muffler assembly

-original 8 lug die cast hoops(these aren't cheap)

-original butt end for strainer

-original unaltered two part badge-sonor-made in western Germany

-20 strand snare wires

-remo batter head and attack snare side head
