Bill, thts the drum u purcchase off of me recently! i never heard anything from you regarding it and i didnt know you were unhappy with it and i apologize!!
i also in haste did not triple-check the muffler, i just noticed the arm was intact on the outside of the drum and didnt bother to check the inside, that was my mistake for rushing, since it sold in the first 20 mins of it listing.
if you would like to return the drum for a full refund i will accept that and gift you back your money. ive sold hundreds of items on here and VDF to several buyers, maybe 4 of them in history had an issue and it was easily resolved, they just contacted me and i did what i could to make them happy.
we've done business in the past and i dont understand why you are so upset with me over this, im a stand up guy and will do whatever it takes to make the situation right, just communicate with me, send me a message before slandering me on here man. geez. this is my lively hood, do u really think i would screw u out of a muffler and mess up my name here on purpose? the mufflers came in a separate box with a kit i purchased, it was my fault for not check the drum internally, i take 100% responsibility and apologize.
you Never contacted me about this, im going through my conversations and mail looking for it figuring i missed it, but its not in my inbox, im on here everyday and like to think i have great customer service skills.
either way, you may return the drum to me for a FULL refund as a GIFT! or i will send u the muffler free or charge. either way it was my fault and i apologize, i just wish u would have msged me first and i could have resolved it. maybe u did an the outgoing email f-ed up? please check ur outgoing mail, i dont have an email from you.
