Makes no sense. How can they rationalize that when I see auctions that have like five name brands in them? I.e. "Tama ludwig pearl Gretsch tension rod for drums"

I don't think ebay does anything like that unless there has been a complaint. Someone has clicked on the " report item " button and they have swallowed someones line, likely.

Hopefully someone will email you as to what happened to your auction and at that point you two can do a deal "off of Ebay" so you get all of the money and Ebay gets nothing. What I used to do re: all that Gretsch BS a while back was to say "Etch-Gray" parts for sale...worked every time. Don't get mad, just get even!

i mite of po someone who told me my drum was not worth the buy it now and he was a expert, so i know now, i have his email still so we have baby crys out here need to run to mommy still nursing, the grinch waited till xmas eve when it was to end hope he sleeps good at nite oh well its too nice to sell there on fleese bay, time to research other sites its gotten to big for me any who i like it a lot so ill wait and have 2 sweet pink champagne snares

ebay did the exact same thing to me over using "black oyster pearl" to describe a Ludwig Downbeat BLACK OYSTER PEARL drum set. They said I can't use "pearl" as that is a drum company's name and the drums weren't made by that company!! It took me 3 days and several phone calls but they actually admitted they were wrong

(I posted this one here a few months ago) and tried to relist the ad but I told them don't bother as I relisted it myself and "thanks for your help"!
