Early 1970s Slingerland kit with Zildjian cymbals

Loading...

Black Slingerland set from the early 1970s. 14" snare, two 13" mounted toms, 16" floor toms, 22" bass drum. Zildjian cymbals with original Slingerland hardware. 20" ride, 18" crash, 14" hi hat. Padded stool and fibre cases that hold everything (cases are not that great but do protect from scratches). Very good condition, I'm the second owner and have had them for 20 years but played them rarely over the last 10 years.

$1000 but you have to pick up from downtown Toronto.

PS Hi there - I own your old kit now (only changed the head to demo ambassadors) and live in the country north of guelph - enjoying the kit but would like to find a solution to mount the toms closer together but still on the base drum - any ideas?

I always found the tom mounting a weak point on that set. I thought of trying to rig individual ball joints inside the single joint, but never tried it. Good luck!
