Ok - start here--------->http://www.vintagedrumforum.com/showthread.php?t=40217&highlight=dynasonic

See pics there. Parting this snare out......so if you need parts, this is your benefit. Priced to save you money.

Snare wires frame $60 **missing the tension bolt – has been replaced by a screw.

Strainer $50

Butt End $10

10 Lugs $50 (these include tension rods...half of these are original Rogers, half are not....all fit the original Rogers inserts)

Muffler $25

As far as the shell and rims go........

I just precisely measured them out. The shell, if it were a tom shell - would be considered in-round. Since this is a snare with high sensitivities, I would consider this shell OOR. I measured from lug to lug and the greatest difference is 1/16 inch. Now, I am willing to sell it as it, but will eventually repair this. I have successfully repaired OOR brass shells before and will likely succeed at this one too. Make an offer if you would like this gorgeous shell.

The rims are steel and the biggest difference on the top and bottom is also that 1/16 inch. Not sure these are repairable. Not even sure how to start with the attempt. Open to suggestions/offers.

Please contact me via PM or email and be sure to include your email so I can keep my PM box clean (under 50).

No wires available. All parts have been cleaned and polished - see pics and ask for more if needed.

Please contact for shipping quotes.

REALLY?? Are there foolish drummers shopping for Dynasonic parts exclusively on the bay?....and never stopping here? Please correct me here if my pricing is too high...seems that these are strategically low to save my fellow drummers some money.....I mean $60 for a frame (despite the screw issue) when I see some on the bay going for twice that!

Pic of the frame, but most significantly showing the replacement screw on the wires mount.

butt end is sold

lugs are sold

muffler is sold

tension rods gone too....

snare frame deal pending

only the shell and rims are left.....slightly OOR (2mm) shell will be repaired and sold eventually...not sure about the rims (possible).

Thanks to all who shared in the discovery! Scored it in a deal for a whole kit - included a smooth Luddy Speed King....:)

Nice to get all your money back and still have stuff left over!

Hi Drummerjohn333,

Do you still have the strainer from that Dynasonic? I'd be interested in purchasing it as the throw-off lever for my strainer broke yesterday.

Please contact me either way.

Thanks,
