Buddy's i got a dang problem ..well it's been going on for months now just right after i got a old pearl bass pedal ..you know the clip that suppose to tighten when you screw it down on your bass rim ....Ok mine don't tighten like it should . pedal i think its around the 1990s year . not no 1980s one thing the other old pearl bass pedal has a "Strap" on it and the 1990s has the "Chain-Drive" action on it ,,,,,,,Please help me out

Cause if i can't get it fix so i can tighten it down on mine rim ....i don't know what i would do

You can always remove the "T" wing screw and re-tap the threads on the part and get a new "T" wing screw...Mikey

You said removed the pin from the clip under the pedal and tap in another hole .

hack that still want tighten my pedal down onto the rim of the drum ...Probably i made a stupid mistake when i bought this pedal off ebay ...i didn't know it was going to be like this at all . what you think ,You think i should get another old pearl pedal or what ...heck i even like a Ludwig speed king pedal better then i do this dang pedal ....I wish i still had mine ...But i don't ....I just can't afford to buy another like that ..they just cost to much now these days ..
