The flat ride was introduced with the Formula 602 series by Paiste. The 22's are the most valuable, then the 20's, then the 18's. This is due partly to sheer size but also remember that jazz cats like the bigger cymbals. Depending on condition, I have seen 22's go over $600. This would be as new with perfect logo and no stick marks. I have not seen a lot of 18's but I would think if it is in good condition you should see $250-$300....just a guess. 602's are highly desireable and prized by both players and collectors so you would have no problem getting the value on E-bay even with a no-reserve auction. For 602's, it's all about condition because so many of these got damaged and broken. If yours is clean, it will realize its value.
Heck, I have seen a set of cracked 602 hats go for more than $150 and rides even more than that.
Cheers,
Chris.
