I found it at Music Go Round Online. They are now trying to back out of the transaction by sending me this e-mail this morning:"Just following up with you on the kit you purchased. The picture that was with the kit is NOT correct. My employee uploaded the wrong kit. The kit that was purchased is a custom made percussion plus. We will refund your transaction."Seems a bit shady since this kit looks to be repainted and a bit customized. Is there even such a thing as a custom Percussion Plus kit? I think I will write them and see if they can send me some pics of that just for ****s and giggles! If I am still interested in whatever new price they come up with what do you guys think is a fair price for this kit? I have never bought an entire kit this old.
That's B.S..If they made an offer for sale, with pics of the WFL kit, with that price, then I'm pretty sure, that have to complete the transaction, mistake or not when payment is made.If they won't budge,I'd call the state where they're located,BBB and the State Attorney Generals office
As a merchant or a licensed business,if you advertise or otherwise offer an item for sale,at a posted or taged price, then that's what you have to sell it for,and just have to eat the difference.Private sellers are different.
The thing is,I'm not so sure I'd want to do business with this dishonest seller. It's up to you though, that's just me.Lame
