Price does it for me. I have no problem paying a fair price. It's the over the top prices people ask for that turns me off. Also as I hate to drive, distance is another deal breaker.

Condition and price does it to me.On condition if the wrap has been removed,edges redone,missing parts,extra holes.ete..But price also comes into play if the drums condition is poor and price high...Mikey
