Dark Chrome Ludwig Drums

I have what I believe is a Rockers II drumset but the hardware is unusual and I do not seem to be able to find any examples of it elsewhere though it is standard Rocker hardware except is has a very dark smoky finish over the normal chrome. See pictures...

1. Are these rocker IIs. They are painted on the inside with a Black White lable.

2. Anyone seen this hardware before? Does it have a name? Is it a custom job?

It looks like Ludwig Standard hardware that has been powder coated. It will be interesting to see if this was ever a factory finish.
