Dallas Arbitor president

Hi a friend of mine as just been into his loft and found his old drum kit which is in red sparkle, I would date these drums as mid to late 60's due to the slotted tension rods but I am no expert.

The only badge is on the snare which states "Dallas Arbitor" and President.

I would love a little more info about these drums....

Thanks guys that as helped a lot the kit was a dallas arbiter president in red glitter....
