The old Zildjians back in the real 1970s . I am just asking a question here if anybody knows .

How come the early swiss and pangs size like 14 , 16 , 13 inch cymbals .Why they are hard to find these days .

Just asking . Because they didn't come out with the china type in the 1980s .

I'm really not quite sure what you're asking,but firstly ,the term is swish,not swiss.Both pang and swish cymbals were generally larger than 14-16" if i recall.

China type cymbals have actually been around since before the turn of the century,although not made here in the states by Zildjian.Zildjian only immigrated here in the late 20's.

Pangs were like mid 70's. I bought one when they first came out and it was a 20". Sold it with my kit way back when. I picked up another Pang up a few years ago and it's a 20". I think the Pang came in both 18" and 20" but don't quote me on that.

I am sorry if I didn't explained my self better on here . LOL .

No , I was just asking why are these smallest ones are "To hard to find" these days . In my Zildjian cymbal book that I have . There are showing The Special Effects cymbals on the size like .14,16,18,20,and 22 inch . But the ones I am talking about these here 14, 16 inch's
