I had looked far and wide for about a year for a US dealer of Contemporanea Napa heads as well as some of their other products, to no avail. I saw some vendors in the UK and of course Brazil. The 18" Napa heads I ordered just arrived. I'll put one on my 18" Slingerland kick and one on my zabumba, which is what they're designed for. These naugahyde heads have an amazingly deep and pure tone; it's how they get that enormous samba surdo sound in southern Brazil. I can't wait to play them.
