So I'm HIGHLY considering picking up this kit. Sizes are perfect and I absolutely love it, but I have some concerns over the copper finish and being able to shine it up. I believe this is copper plating on steel. Anyone have any advice? http://www.ebay.com/...=item463f3903a7
