Check Out These Kids Playing Billy Cobham`s Red Baron

Loading...

Guys,i was in my 20`s when this track came out and i racked my brain trying to figure it out and yet these kids make it seem so effortless. We`re talking 11 and 12 yr. olds here so whether you love or hate fusion music is beside the point, just marvel at the skill level of these children.I wonder if it`s possible for them to go anywhere from here-scary to even think of it, when they`re starting at the top...

I've seen this before, and they both have such great feel, and aren't just doing a note for note cover of just the parts. The drummer especially swings.Great to see them doing Cobham, instead of One Direction,or g** forbid ..Beber.

You are so right, Steve, especially the part about Bieber!

Brian

Just a drummer who loves all things about vintage drums! Nothing more, nothing less.

Excellent in many ways- chops, feel, technique. The drummer holds his sticks loose, very little effort for most energy at the stick end.
