changing the title on post for things I am selling

anybody tell me how to change a post title after it is posted..I wanted to change the title on a couple of things I am selling but when I make an edit it only edits once you have selected the item..the original subject still remains on the forum

I don't think you can change the title of a thread, only the body of a post.

Perhaps Admin. can delete your title for you, or the whole thread, and you can start over?

Kevins is quite correct! Get in touch with me and let me know what you want to re-write and/or edit... I'll make the changes... or ... yes, you can also completely DELETE and start all over agin as well. Your choice!

I think you can change the title if you select post and then

At least it appears you can...

I just changed my title for my For Sale thread, and the original title still shows up when you search the For Sale section. When I click on the thread, the new title is listed.
