Ok they quit making them in the what 70's now they are making them again but I have one with my Buddy rich set from the 80's so have they always been a option?

Mike queried this question to my Bud the Plant Manager at the Ludwig plant his "answer yes" he stated they didn't make a lot of them in the 80's at all due to them not being in voque at that time. Mike, steve asked me what is the serial number on the badge?
