I am certainly not a Rogers expert by any means. This stand has a Swan Leg tripod. All the wing screws have a single script "R" on them.
Also, if you could tell me the range (in years) that this stand would be from, I would appreciate it.

Thanks Mark! I have the "hinged heel plate model" (the one on the right in the photo).
I'll have to mess around with that "spur" a little more. Kind of a goofy design.
Prior to this, I had never seen a Swivomatic stand without the large "flying V" wing screws.

Looking at the clamp, that may be the Rogers 1990's re-issue of the thin stemmed hi hat stand from the 60's. Hold on to it, there were only so many of those made by Rogers. If I'm not mistaken, Charlie Watts uses one.
