The green paint is definitely not original so you'd need to get rid of that which could be tricky. Wrapped Oaklawn kits had white painted interiors, lacquered exteriors had clear interiors.
The bass drum spurs are fair enough and probably kosher - they used both the curved spurs and the more Gretsch-y looking ones like these.
Check on the badges if it says USA or not. If not, then its an early 60s otherwise more like mid 60s.
The 13" to 14" tom span is odd and a bit of a value killer though I've seen it before on a Camco.
Only the 18" floor toms had four legs so that wouldn't explain the extra holes. Some sort of mount for a cowbell or similar? I've seen the sta-tight brackets on a couple of Camco floors toms before as well but they're not standard Camco issue. But all those negatives make that particular drum less attractive.
Given it's got all the rusty and debilitated chrome work too, I understand why you're hesitant.
There's no original state Camco kits on ebay at the moment to even give you a bit of a comparison but I'd say, though on the high side, it's not insanely high. I would've thought a couple of hundred lower would've been more realistic but it does have the snare. No hardware, I guess.
If you're happy to have a kit that probably sounds amazing but has all those negatives you've figured out for yourself, it may be worth it. If not, then just pass. Others will come up, just not that frequently.
The tuxedos don't have the same collector cache as the round lugs but they're essentially the same drums.
