Camco model 500 Hi-Hat stand.

I picked up these 2 last week for 50,00.

I’m already using a Camco by Tama BD pedal for years so it was all about the hi-hat for me.

I’m a first time user of the model 500 Camco hi-hat and absolutely love it. It’s still light weight but very sturdy and plays like a charm.

Especially love the way to adjust its spring tension with the variable knurled knob above the foot plate.

It’s also the first vintage HH pedal I came across that is absolutely silent.

If anybody has some of the matching hardware for sale, let me know please.

Of all the hi-hat stands I've owned, the 500 was the one I liked best. I used one of these on the road for over 8 years. I found it comfortable, reliable and easy to transport.

Got a couple of these and love them. Also lucked into one of the original Camco pedals the Ippolito Drum Shop modified with the chain drive that was to later become so famous and I find it's now my main pedal.

I might have a single braced cymbal stand too many but with the Australian postage you'd be better off looking in the US to start with.

I, too, have an Ippolito Camco chain pedal that I have begun using again. Guess I need to search for another Camco hi-hat.

I've got two hi hats and really only need one but, again, postage is high from here. If you can't find one locally, give me a yell.

Thanks much for the offer. I hear the going rate is 50,00 (lol). Any estimate of shipping to USA?

50 Euros or $50? At any rate very nice finds. That was my first bass drum pedal. I used it for at least 10 years.

Yep, seems to be missing:

- 2 spurs (same diameter as BD spurs and FT legs so easy to replicate)

- 2 wing-screws to hold the spurs in place.

- The mid stand locking bracket (that will be a tough one to find)
